Multiple chamfered sheet steel. The height, width and depth profiles are completely welded together, offering maximum stability.

2 Cabinet frame

2 Cabinet frame

Vertical and horizontal rows of holes to secure installed equipment at all levels. Hole patterns for module mounting and for securing the plinth and sides, doors and cover panels. The base is fitted with slide rails for easily sliding in the mounting plate (version also available without slide rails). In the case of single control cabinets, the sides are a fixed part of the frame. Additional horizontal or vertical partitioning of the frame levels using dividers/separating profiles.

3 Roof

3 Roof

Chamfered design made of sheet steel. It is equipped with a seal and screwed to the frame by means of transport lugs. Versions with hole patterns, cable entries, flanges, vents, roof lifting mechanism, roof screws etc.

4 Base plate

4 Base plate

Divided design, can be variably adjusted and can be locked in place using clamps. Versions with one section with and without cable entry, flanges or hole patterns are also available.

5 Back wall

5 Back wall

Chamfered all round, made of sheet steel and screwed to the cabinet frame. With a surrounding foam seal. Version with hole patterns, extensions and installed equipment possible. May be fitted with a door version instead of a fixed back wall.

6 Doors

6 Doors

Made of sheet steel, chamfered all round and welded on the edges, a door frame made of perforated profiles (galvanised steel) is screwed in. Surrounding foam seal. By way of standard, cabinets are supplied with one door up to 1000 mm and two doors as from a width of 1000 mm, i.e. with a locking and a swing door. Notwithstanding this, two-door versions are also available as from a width of 800 mm. The door swing can easily be reversed from right to left on on-door cabinets. Doors can be fitted with 180° hinges instead of the 120° hinges. Other versions: asymmetrically divided double doors, vertically or horizontally divided single doors, removable doors, glazed doors, partial doors as fixed walls (as with the back wall), doors with windows, hole patterns, cut-outs etc.

7 Mounting plate

7 Mounting plate

Made of sheet steel, chamfered all round, can be mounted at different cabinet depths. Continuous mounting surfaces are permitted in modular cabinets through the use of mounting plate spacers or by placing in the rearmost position between the vertical profiles. The standard surface design is galvanised. Partial heights in the width and depth as part mounting plates. Version with cut-outs, hole patterns, threaded holes.

8 Locking system

8 Locking system

The 2 to 4-point rod lock system (depending on the cabinet height) guarantees tight closing and easy opening, even with doors loaded with heavy equipment. The key plate fastener with 3 mm double-bit insert can be fitted with other operating mechanisms or replaced by a swivel handle lock.

9 Coating

9 Coating

Powder coated in RAL shades in accordance with customer wishes. Frame/body walls, roof, doors: powder coated structured surface, mounting plate: galvanised (powder coated on order).
